    They are just rubbish

    I placed an order 10 days ago, they took the money, no confirmation email

    10 days passed still havent received the sim pack,

    mailed them twice, phoned them but it goes on voicemail

    no communication, no customer service,

    they are simply rubbish and big scam

    dont ever pay them

    in weekend internationals call in nepal is not 1pence so i don’t like vectone sim

    Hi i brought a vectone sim as it was advertise on tv that is a 1P a mintue but it ia a scam because first time when i buy i used it so i didnot understand why it finished after afew calls i thought might it didnot have a £5cradit so i try to buy a£10 cradit again on the net to make sure it give me 1P call charges this time after giving all my cradit card details and submited but they want to make some sort of scurecard payment as well so i given all details again and as i was told that will recive a email but nothing so i try to contact them by telephone at lest 3time but recoded massage keep saying you are number one on the que and after holding for around 25/30 minute the they cut the calls so it is scam so insted buying victon card it will be batter giving that money to a chairty so at least some body will benfit not the scamers.

    I have this sim and call cost me 4p per min to Lithuania.is not 1p like they promised.

    Vectone is ok matie. I have had no probs with them. You might get nthe occassional glit or breakdown in communication, only in terms of language. works fine for me. very realiable and better than any network ever used. bear in mind that are lucky.

    VECTONE ARE A SCAM FULL STOP!!! I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT WITH THEM OVER THE PHONE USING ANOTHER PHONE COSTING ME.. THEY SCAMMED £4.19 OFF ME IN A 2 MINUTE PHONE CALL THAT WAS TO ANOTHER VECTONE USER NORMALLY CHARGED AT 1P PER MINUTE TO AUSTRIA.. THEY TOLD ME IN RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL OF COMPLAINT THAT THE CALL IS 19P PER MINUTE NOT 1P, THEN I STATED THAT ITS 1P LIKE ALL OTHER CALLS I HAD MADE.. 19P PER MINUTE FOR 2 MINUTES DOES NOT ADD UP TO £4.19!!! IDIOTS!!! I ALSO SIGNED UP TO THEIR PATHETIC VECTONE CLOUD PHONE WHERE THAT IS EVEN WORSE CONSIDERING HAD GOOD NETWORK CONNECTION ETC THE SERVICE WOULD DROP, NOT TRANSMIT MY VOICE AT TIMES AND ALSO SCAMMED ME OF £2 FOR NOT EVEN MAKING A CALL THEN MY BALANCE WAS £0.00 OVER NIGHT!!! EVEN UK SECTOR CAN’T SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH GOOD ENOUGH TO HOLD A CONVERSATION!!! ALL MY COMPLAINTS WERE FINALLY MADE BY EMAIL! TIME PEOPLE GOT THIS SCAMMING INDIAN NETWORK BROUGHT TO AN END!!!!!!!!
